GENERAL

I will draw:anthro
most animal species
most humanoid species.

I will NOT draw:extreme gore
some mecha parts (ask!)
extremely detailed accessories.

♡・If you fail to meet my terms, I have the right to cancel the commission at any time.♡・I ask that anyone commissioning me be 16 or older. I will not be working with anyone below this age. If I find out you have lied about your age, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me until you are old enough.♡・Please contact me via Twitter or Instagram direct messages (Twitter prefered). And include that you are interested in commissioning me. I do not respond to messages that only say "hi", "hello" etc. I will also not accept commissions from blank/new accounts.♡・Please be polite. I have the right to cancel the commission if the client displays hostile behaviour.♡・Please have clear reference sheets for the characters. Traditional reference sheets will need to have a digital palette I can colour pick from.♡・I will be sending the commissioner regular WIPs to make sure they are happy with the progression. You may request to see WIPs at anytime.♡・Although I plan to complete any commissions within two weeks, I may possibly take longer. If I feel as if I will not be able to complete the commission within an appropriate time period, I will offer the commissioner a full refund. They may choose to accept the offer or continue to wait for the work to be completed.♡・Once the piece is complete, I will be willing to fix any mistakes and make edits for free. However, any major alterations such as marking changes and line art will have a fee attached.♡・ I have the right to decline your commission if I find that you have previously scammed another artist on a beware site.♡・I hold the right to report any users to beware sites if they break any major terms on my ToS. As well as permanently blacklist them from any future work with me. This includes any scam attempts, using my work for commercial use without consent, chargebacks and art theft.

PAYMENT

♡・All commissions must be paid in full and upfront. I will not begin work until I have received payment to avoid theft or scams.♡・I will only be accepting GBP and no other currency unless I have stated otherwise.♡・All payments will be done via PayPal requests only. I will require your PayPal email to send the request.

RIGHTS

♡・As the artist, I hold the rights to any artwork produced. Therefore I have the right to use the artwork to promote myself on social media, post wherever I want and use in products such as artbooks or leaflets.♡・The commissioner has the right to use the artwork for personal use online and reupload anywhere they would like to with proper credit.♡・The commissioner is NOT permitted to use my work for commercial purposes. This includes reproduction of the artwork on products, prints on clothing etc. However, I will make exceptions for the commissioner to order custom products for personal use only.♡・I will be willing to accept any cancellations or refunds before the line art stage. After this stage, the commissioner will not be able to receive a full refund. As the artist, I have the right to recycle any line art from a cancelled commission to use for work such as adopts and YCHs.♡・If the commissioner forces a chargeback, they will be permanently blacklisted from working with me as well as reported to artists beware. And any previous rights they may have had will be revoked.

The commissioner is NOT permitted to use my work for or as an NFT or any form of cryptocurrency whatsoever.The commissioner is NOT permitted to use my work to train or to put through any AI "art" programs or apps
